It goes without saying that organizations are an important part of some people’s live and are fundamental in every civilized society, groups and organizations have always been a way to let people join interests and efforts to do a wide range of tasks for one or more goals.

Firstly, it gives people the ability to join freely in groups to pursue a specific goal for one or every member of it, thus increasing the workload and capacity of people beyond others would be trying to do solo, for instance, the construction of large buildings, such as skyscrapers or towers requires a lot of time and effort, are constructions that are only worth performing when a lot of trained people participate in.

Another factor to consider it’s the fact that some activities are not suitable for everyone or public, so they need to be done just with the right people, groups lets you restrict who can join certain activities, such as national security affair and other sensitive matters which couldn’t be talked and discuss without organizations that could protect them.

Last but not least, it lets people create their own space to whatever use they want to, Creating an environment where creativity and passion can flourish and express themselves and to the others, for example, artist in towns and cities tend to create their own organizations so that painters, artist and others can show all their work in plazas and also meet new friends or colleagues during their reunions.

To sum up, organizations and groups have always been essential for people since the beginning of the civilization, and to give an opinion the major reason they are always considered it’s because it has shown people what they can do when they work together, bringing new horizons to what can be achieved by teamwork rather than personal efforts.
